蔣士成認(rèn)為接下來(lái)行業(yè)發(fā)展要重點(diǎn)關(guān)注這三大領(lǐng)域:纖維新材料、綠色制造、智能制造。
具體來(lái)講:纖維新材料的發(fā)展水平關(guān)系到國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)發(fā)展和國(guó)家安全,企業(yè)接下來(lái)需要重點(diǎn)關(guān)注功能性纖維、生物基纖維、高性能纖維、循環(huán)再利用纖維這幾類(lèi)纖維的技術(shù)進(jìn)步。除此之外,納米纖維、智能纖維、生物醫(yī)用纖維等前沿纖維新材料以及可降解纖維都是行業(yè)高質(zhì)量發(fā)展需要重點(diǎn)關(guān)注的領(lǐng)域。
而在綠色制造領(lǐng)域,蔣士成表示:“綠色環(huán)保的工藝、油劑助劑催化劑以及綠色纖維認(rèn)證和平臺(tái)體系建設(shè)、推廣都是化纖高質(zhì)量發(fā)展需要攻克的課題?!?/span>
“十四五”期間,綠色制造將成為制造業(yè)領(lǐng)域?qū)崿F(xiàn)“雙碳”目標(biāo)的主戰(zhàn)場(chǎng),實(shí)現(xiàn)碳達(dá)峰、碳中和,也是紡織行業(yè)未來(lái)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的必然選擇。為此,中國(guó)工程院設(shè)立了“紡織產(chǎn)業(yè)雙碳發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略及技術(shù)路線圖”咨詢項(xiàng)目。蔣士成介紹,該項(xiàng)目將通過(guò)對(duì)我國(guó)紡織產(chǎn)業(yè)碳排放現(xiàn)狀以及產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)減排技術(shù)、紡織原材料碳排放系數(shù)和廢舊原料循環(huán)利用碳排放效益等的研究,形成紡織行業(yè)低碳發(fā)展技術(shù)路線圖,并提出我國(guó)紡織產(chǎn)業(yè)低碳轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展政策措施和建議。這也是化纖行業(yè)高質(zhì)量發(fā)展需要重點(diǎn)關(guān)注的方面。

蔣士成舉例表示:纖維新材料領(lǐng)域可以重點(diǎn)解決錦綸高效柔性化產(chǎn)業(yè)化技術(shù)、無(wú)銻聚酯纖維產(chǎn)業(yè)化技術(shù)、高效阻燃纖維產(chǎn)業(yè)化技術(shù)、醫(yī)用防護(hù)纖維產(chǎn)業(yè)化技術(shù)等。生物基化學(xué)纖維領(lǐng)域要重點(diǎn)攻克萊賽爾纖維的專用漿粕、NMMO溶劑制備技術(shù),攻克高光純、高化學(xué)純?nèi)樗?、丙交酯等重要原料?guó)產(chǎn)化低成本制備技術(shù)。高性能纖維領(lǐng)域包含的品類(lèi)比較多,需要分別逐一攻克。比如:48K以上大絲束碳纖維,T1100級(jí)、M65J級(jí)碳纖維的制備技術(shù)需要突破。對(duì)位芳綸需要實(shí)現(xiàn)高強(qiáng)型、高模型對(duì)位芳綸,芳綸紙、芳綸蜂窩材料等穩(wěn)定化、規(guī)?;a(chǎn),滿足安全防護(hù)、光通訊、航天航空、軌道交通等領(lǐng)域應(yīng)用。超高分子量聚乙烯纖維最重要的是要突破高效、低成本的基礎(chǔ)上研發(fā)功能性,拓展其在海洋養(yǎng)殖、防護(hù)服裝等領(lǐng)域應(yīng)用。

關(guān)于綠色制造部分,蔣士成指出,從技術(shù)上要圍繞高品質(zhì)再生滌綸的新技術(shù)、節(jié)能低碳裝置的研發(fā);綠色油劑、助劑、催化劑的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研發(fā)發(fā)力,同時(shí)還要結(jié)合“雙碳”戰(zhàn)略,明確行業(yè)降碳實(shí)施路徑,加大綠色工藝及裝備研發(fā),加強(qiáng)清潔生產(chǎn)技術(shù)改造及重點(diǎn)節(jié)能減排技術(shù)推廣加大從而推動(dòng)化纖綠色發(fā)展水平的提升。此外,要重點(diǎn)推進(jìn)綠色纖維制品可信平臺(tái)建設(shè),提升綠色纖維供給數(shù)量和質(zhì)量。
